I cringed when I saw these photos! Who would have thought that Harvard students, who are so highly regarded, could be so ignorant as to say such ridiculous and mean words to anyone.

    Hope you may get the chance to read my new posting that was written as a response to yours.
    Thank you for doing it, it motivated me to share some very private parts of my life to explain why only seeing color leads to misconceptions.

  2. It’s great that more of us are learning and accepting our mixed ancestry. It’s a shame that so many people feel the need to label others based on skin color which is not at all reliable.

  3. I thought that I was just a “white” person all of my life. My grandmother had always told me that we were pure Irish. Then one day, I learned I was many more things than that, my Ancestry is like a Rainbow. The color of our skin may not always reveal what is inside. So, until you get a DNA test, please, hold that thought~
