It’s great that more of us are learning and accepting our mixed ancestry. It’s a shame that so many people feel the need to label others based on skin color which is not at all reliable.

I thought that I was just a “white” person all of my life. My grandmother had always told me that we were pure Irish. Then one day, I learned I was many more things than that, my Ancestry is like a Rainbow. The color of our skin may not always reveal what is inside. So, until you get a DNA test, please, hold that thought~
