You don’t have to look far to see how our rights and freedoms are up for grabs by greedy corporations or that discrimination, racism, and all around stupidity continues to be a problem. As disheartening as this is we can do something about it. Collectively we can use our voices to protect our rights. Some people are great at publicly protesting, organizing marches, and performing attention grabbing stunts to make their voice heard. For those who are less inclined towards bodily harm or are busy working 2-3 jobs to care for their families we can still take a few minutes to sign petitions and communicate with politicians so that our voices are heard.
