I created this site to share resources for healing from depression and trauma(resources which I have been using), to share what I learn as a self-defense instructor and activist, to inspire everyone to be an artist and to help others create a life filled with inner peace and balance.
I’m certified in Mental Health First Aid, but not a licensed therapist. What I share is from my own experiences with depression, grief and trauma. I recognize that we each have unique journeys and need different tools to thrive. You know what’s best for your own healing.
